2. Contract Scope
By using AffiSpark, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a company, you confirm authority to bind that company.
3. Service
AffiSpark provides affiliate program management software including links, attribution, commissions, payouts, exports, and billing features.
4. Billing and Refunds
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Intro offers may apply to specific plans. AffiSpark offers a 60-day money-back guarantee from initial paid purchase date.
5. Compliance and Acceptable Use
Customers must comply with applicable advertising, tax, privacy, and consumer laws. Unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Data and Privacy
Use of the service is governed by the Privacy Policy. For account and billing operations, Thicle Sarl-S acts as controller; for customer business data, it generally acts as processor/service provider.
7. Liability and Governing Law
Service is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. Governing law is Luxembourg, subject to mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
